In questa selezione a farne le spese sono stati i pi\u00f9 deboli, quelli che al momento della richiesta del prestito (istruttoria per la banca) non possono esibire un contratto a tempo indeterminato.<\/p>\n<p>Dal 2013 al 2017 ci sono stati forti scossoni nel target di mutuatari. Nella categoria under 30 &#8211; quella obiettivamente pi\u00f9 esposta a lavori precari &#8211; la percentuale delle erogazioni per chi non ha un contratto a tempo indeterminato \u00e8 crollata dal 30% al 10 per cento.
